Your time (hours) — time you personally spend making, finishing, preparing, packing or handling this product.
Packaging — the packaging cost for this specific product, not a shop-wide average.
Postage you pay — what the label costs. Fill it in even when Etsy deducts it; it's still your money.
Shipping buyer pays — what they were charged at checkout. Zero for free shipping. Etsy charges fees on it, so it isn't a wash.

Bring in a spreadsheetAny column order — you tell Margen what's what

Copy any range of cells from Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers and paste it below. Or pick a CSV file. Your columns can be in any order and extra columns are fine.

Save your work

Margen doesn't keep anything after you close it. Save a file to your computer and open it back up next time. The file opens in Excel too, so you can look at it or edit it there.

Sales tax is collected and remitted by Etsy and never counts as your income. Figures assume one item per order. Fee rates change — check them against your own statement before trusting a close call.
